Wrist, Palm Got Hurt, Vein Popped, Blue Bruise, Pain While Moving Hand. Due To Strain Or Bruising?
I was wondering if I could be bleeding internally about 3 hours ago I got mad and tried to hit something with my fist but ended up getting my wrist and palm insteed the vein popped up and was visible and started bruising blue and now theres little red in my bruise but I can move my hand it just hurts a little when I move my hand away from my wrist but I don't know if that could just be from straining or my bruise??
Hi, It seems that due to hard hitting there might be injury to veins causing bleeding in soft tissues giving rise to bruise and swelling. If swelling increasing then apply tight bandage on the wrist, it will stop bleeding. After some time remove bandage and observe swelling or forming hematoma under skin. Apply ice packs over the part. If swelling increasing then go to Er and get examined. Ok and take care. Ok and take care.
