Yeast Infection, Abdominal Cramping, Burning Urination, Nausea, Discharge, Green Urine. Opinion?

I have been diagnosed with a yeast infection . I have had abdominal cramping. 2 months ago I had a burning when I urinated in an internal itch . I was having moments of nausea no fever. I was also having a discharge not normal for me. it did not have an odor. my urine has been a pale green color. what is your opinion on all these other symptoms

This may mean urinary tract infection with a potentially dangerous bacteria called Pseudomonas.
It is wise to get the urine cultured and start antibiotics immediately.
