Yeast Infection, Pityriasis Versicolor, Redness On Neck, Scaly. Applied Lamisil Dermgel And Dezor Shampoo. What Can I Expect?

Hi doctor, why does my yeast infection (Pityriasis versicolor) on my neck turns reddish and scaly after applying Lamisil Dermgel, selsun selenium sulfide and dezor dandruff treatment shampoo? I apply selsun selenium sulfide on the patches, then rinse it off after ten minutes. Then I will use the dezor dandruff treatment shampoo. One more, i will apply Lamisil Dermgel on it once a day. I started using all this a day ago. I have this Pityriasis versicolor on my neck and arms over a week. I tried using several creams and its still the same. But after using lamisil,selsun and dezor. I can see the the patches turns reddish and scaly. Is it healing or bad? Or should I continue this treatment?
