Pimples can be either hormonal disturbances or a wrong selection of soap, moisturizer, oily face, dust, etc. Pimple if not treated can lead to scars like pits or black spots. It is important to treat first the pimples and then scars.
There are various over the counter medicines available which specially work on pimples. These include benzoyl peroxide, sulphur lotion, etc. If this doesn't work then we have topical antibiotics, you can apply clindamycin cream or nadofloxacin cream. Retinoids can also be tried for pimples, but that needs lot of investigations and precautions.

This would gradually reduce your marks. Dr Vaishalee
