Yellow Nail, Toes Becoming Longer, Deforming. Any Ideas?

2,5 years ago my 10 years old daughters toe nail became yellow.we have done several tests for fungus,no fungus,several months i notice deformation of toes,she is a tall child,feet never have been very small,but about the last 4 months i notice that toes seem to be longer,though now they are not very yellow,only big toenais are yellowish,i notice toes are deforming more and more.what illnes does she has,we have done annual check up all the analyses are good.thanks
