Yellowish Corners And Borders Of Eyes. Vaccinated For Hepatitis B. Any Ideas?
The corners and "borders" of my eyes are more yellow than I feel they should be. I have my Hep B vaccine and I don't feel it's jaundice. Are there some more "benign" causes for yellowing in the eyes? I live in South Korea and have medical insurance. But communicating with practitioners can be a challenge. Maybe some pointers could help me.
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. Corners and borders are first to turn yellow in jaundice patient. As you vaccinated for HEPATITIS "B". Why you get vaccination for B? Was these yellowish coloration related to injection for B? Now get in blood examination for serum bilirubine level to adjudge Jaundice, also get in S G O T, S G P T tests to rule out jaundice. Get in blood examination for HBASG , A,B,C H ( HAPATITIS FORMS). Good luck. Dr. HET
