Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Chest decongestant does not cause cross eyed.
Crossed eyes occur either due to nerve damage or when the muscles around your eyes don’t work together because some are weaker than others
So, I suggest to consult an ophtalmologist for further evalaution.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
