I was diagnosed with one at 20-it only became audible during a bout of pneumonia. I had the echo to confirm. It was nothing serious, told me I just might feel a bit more tired than other people now and then, and should take antibiotics when having dental treatement. 20+ years later no doctor can find any trace of the murmur!
