Could The Improper Bleeding Be Due To Pregnancy?

i take clr72 after sex . i take clr72 after 10 hour and after 1 month i m having period but bleeding is not proper and bleeding comes in one time in 1 day and after that bleeding is stop till evening this things is continues for 10 days. so any possibilities of pregency.. and next month period is not come it is late 5 day late in date but period is not come

Hi,

As you have taken emergency contraceptive pill within 10 hours of the intercourse, usually the possibility of pregnancy is less in your case. You can expect around 95% of success rate.

After using emergency pill some amount of menstrual irregularity can be expected due to high dose of hormones in it, it is especially true with repeated intake. So the scanty and prolonged flow in first month and delay in second month could be due to this.

But, to be on safe side, better to go for urine pregnancy test once. If test gives negative result, you can wait for one more week and possibly by that time you can get your periods.

If you do not get periods even after that, consult your Gynecologist and go for ultrasound once to find out the cause and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
