my child crying due to abdominal pain . I beleve it is due to gas in abd. What is a home medicine I can do ?

There is no wisdom in taking risk in child complaints because child cannot detail its complaints so you need to consult a doctor meanwhile you can give your child china 1m 1dose and put your child on its abdomen and pat on back it is due to gas then gas will be relieved and your child will be relaxed and stop crying,
