Wait till the wound gets completely healed up.It may cause infection and worsen the case further.Prevention is better than cure.Ask your surgeon before wearing any cosmetics in your eyes.

hi,thanks for query.You did not mention the reason for surgery,any way avoid applying make up near eyes.You can apply on face and be careful while removing it.
