The ideal weight for this is......(173-100) = 73 (+ or - )10% of whole weight i.e. 7.3 = range is 67 to 80 kgs..., Now you have only 50 kgs means 17 kgs under weight ..... hence do ...... 1) See the intake calories should be more.., compare to expenditure calories..by taking stored food like tinned food, cream based foods..example..burger, pizza, ice cream and plenty of chocolates.,fast foods .., 2) skin of animal foods have more fat hence take plenty of skin fo chicken and soft chicken around joints., soft meat , egg with yellow.,beafmeat....... 3) cheese, butter, milk products, and coco will definitely increase your weight...... 4) If you take large meal with long gap ... will also trigger the weight of the body...ok goodluck..
