Respected mam, i am logesh 25/m.. mam i am having the problem of colonic atresia and faecal fistula in congenital.. surgery had done for me after 2 days of birth in chennai egmore child specialist hospital. After that faeces is coming in front of abdomen, then the second surgery was done after 2 years of surgery (i.e, in my 2nd age) then the motion is passing normally through anus and the surgery site is closed at 10 years. after that i didnt have any problelms i played well i do all my activities no problem at all, but now for the past 8 months again the faecal matter coming at surgery site and i consult a doctor and i took scan. in scan report it was mentioned 0.5 mm opening. the consulted doctor give the DUPHALAC syrup and adviced me to prevent constipation so that the opening may heal itself..but still the opening was not closed and faeces matter are cuming and little paining. can again i need a surgery r not. is there a permanent solution for me. pls reply me with regards Logesh
