my age 28 and i have high bp with 150/104 pls advice me in this regard? my age is 28 and from last monday my BP goes to 150/104 pls give me some advice in this regard
(1) Has it changed suddenly to these levels?
(2) How much do you weigh? - and how tall are you?
(3) Nobody's B/Ps "go up to...anything" and stay there... they vary all day, in a cyclic fashion.. Can you take proper, repeated measurements, at the SAME time (11.30 a.m. -before you've eaten lunch) on the SAME arm, at the same place, using the same monitor, while sitting in the SAME position, and also then take similar readings -say for instance, at bedtime, when you're ready for sleep? That's the first step to start to getting readings that mean anything. But you should record your pulse-rate at the same time, because without that, the pressure readings alone are almost meaningless.(Despite all the cr * p you'll read here on Answers.)
