Rash All Over His Face
My son woke up today with a rash all over his face, but not on his body. He has swollen (can still open) eyes and dark circles under the eyes. The rash is also on his eyelids. They are pimple like bumps and he scratches it all day. he didn't sleep well last night at all. Is this still eczema?

Rash all over the fase, swollen eyes, dark circles under the eyes, including eyelids...,
It could be CONTACT DERMATITIS....,
It is due to irritation of Exo-Allergens....,
So your son exposed to outside field ( due to..plants-Parthenium)..
Follw this treatment...,
1) Topically ...apply morning times sunscreen lotion...Suncare or Suncote
apply Momentasome cream...on face daily night times..,
2) Orally .......Tab... Levocetrizine 10 mg daily for 15 days ..night times...,
Tab.. Betamethasone forte 1 mg daily after lunch ...15 days...,
will get good result....so follow and be healthy...avoid further exposure...o.k.
3) Washing the face frequently with Low ph soaps....like Zydet...
