Should I Be Concerned For The Traces Of Blood After Taking Unwanted 72 After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi, i had my periods and it ended on 2nd of this month..... on 5th i had unprotected sex bt most probably nhe didnt ejaculated inside. For safty i even took unwanted 72 and i found a few blood traces on 11th. Is this a thing to worry about or its just normal? Or is this a sign of irregular periods?
