Suggest Remedy For Cough And Dry Itchy Skin
good day My son is turning eight months on the 16 th August 2012, he is coughing with blocked nose, and the chest is noisy more specially @night and his skin is dry itching sometimes blood comes out when he scratches his neck, please advise Thandi sibeko

Thanks for asking .I gone through your question and understand your concern. your son who is going to 8 month . he's coughing with blocked nose and chest is noisy at night. If I was your treating pediatrician I would give him the saline nasal drops 6 times per day to relieve the blocked nose and give syrup salbutamol. 0.15 MG per kg per dose thrice a day for cough and noisy chest .
