My daughter is only 1yr 2 months. Last December she have a severe cold with very high fever and she started oozing pus from the ears. She developed the same problems ago just a few days ago, though this time, she did nto have high fever. How can the be treated and what cause it? Is there a connection between the pus and the tonsils? Is there a permanent solution to this problem?
Please keep her ear dry. While bathing, remember to plug both the ears with a cotton plug. It's important to realise that acute infections may become chronic if the infection is not taken care of. such ears discharge often and may proceed to hearing loss too.
