You may use another brand like tablet zalto 80 mg or tablet ZP 80 mg instead of above medication. For knee joint swelling may be due to osteoarthritis or due to infection or crystal deposition. Get done an X-ray of the knee joint. Please consult with your orthopedist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
