Ayurvedic treatment- according to ayurved hair thinning is due to weak bone quality,for this purpose I am suggesting very simple and homemade medicine which is as follows:-before going for bath ,apply milk of coconut to hair roots for 10-15 mins and avoid taking hot water over head because it weakens hair root,eye sight according to Ayurveda

you can use the loreal hair thining thratement and also to consume egg white, proteins in the form of meat, green leafy vegetables and curds. also to ceck for the local scal problem like dandruff. which needs to be treated. also you need to have the stress levels pretty much checked
