What Are The Side Effects Of Thyroxine 100 Mg And Amlodipine 5 Mg?
I am suffering from a sore throat for the last 3 weeks and am having difficulty speaking and get breathless. I saw a doctor yesterday and he prescribed me zenflox plus. I took 2 tablets, but have had terrible side effects like dizziness, headache, and weakness, and just feel lethargic. should I continue to take the tablets. Age 68, height 5 5 , weight 75 kgs. Suffer from hypothyrodism and hypertension for which I am taking tablets thyroxine 100mcg and Amlodipine 5mg

Based on the history you seem to have developed harmful interactions between zenflox plus and BP lowering medication amlodipine. Zenflox-plus can increase the blood levels of amlodipine which results in irregular heart rhythm and excessively low blood pressure causing palpitations, dizziness, headache, and lethargy. Ask your doctor for an alternate effective but a safer alternative for zenflox-plus to treat sore throat.
