hi my name is mary , im 22 and im not sure if im pregnant, but i was reading through the symtoms and things and it has some of the things im feeling right now. i have a sore lowerback , and i get cramps. i want to know about pregancy first before i check if i am. so please help me .

Hi Ms. Mary,
Firstly, if you have always had regular cycles, there is a missed period. You can always perform a urine pregnancy test between 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. The symptoms of very early pregnancy include tiredness, sleepiness, nausea, vomiting, altered taste, mood swings, cramps in the pelvic region occasionally, gastric distress, constipation, increased bladder frequency and so on.
