What Causes Fever?
Hi my kid is 3 months old and he is having fever from 2 days and i am giving him some medicines for stomach from past 4 days dolopar drops, walamysin-ds and bacillus clausii spores suspension need to know is that is this fever canbe because of these medicines

This may be a viral fever and dolopar drops can be given safely.
Walmycin DS is not given for 3 months old baby and is usually given for diarrhea.
But if it doesn't subside within a couple of days, it may be bacterial infection.
You have to consult pediatrician.
