With Parkinson disease there will be involuntary movement of hand as well as legs. Specially while initiating any movement or ending any movement. Here your father will also be having same problem. Now about the leg pain can be because of too much of involuntary movement. Uncle also starts painting. Just give him some hot pack treatment and ask him to stay relax. As well do see his calcium and vit d. Due to age factor that also must be low. So that could be another cause. Just give him some good supplement for the same. And ask him to continue medicines along with homeopathy. Because Parkinson patients are not suppose to stop the medicines given by their doctor.
Hope this was helpful for you. Take care
