What Could Be The Presence Of Two Round Pink Circles On My Inner Arm Signify?

Hello, I have had two small perfectly round pink circles right next to each other on my inner arm for about three weeks now. They are flat, do not itch, and are not painful. They have not fluctuated in size at all. Just curious as to what they could be and how I may get rid of them? Thank you.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
It could be ring worm or pityriasis versicolor or erythrasma. Without an opportunity to closely examine the lesion, I would not be able to accurately specify the condition. But if you cannot see a dermatologist soon, the OTC cream to be applied should be a plain antifungal cream like clotrimazole or miconazole twice a day without any steroids.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
