hello DOCTOR , I AM PREGNANT 34+ WEEKS , MY LAST ULTRASOUND DONE 3 DAYS BEFORE SHOWED A CYST ATTACHED TO THE LOWER POLE OF THE RIGHT KIDNEY OF MY FOETUS, ALL HER PARAMETERS AND BODY SYSTEMS ARE NORMAL , THE SIZE OF THE CYST IS 1.8CM* 2.2CM ............ WHAT WOULD BE THE DIAGNOSIS AND IS IT DANGEROUS OR NOT ?

As there are no other findings of concern it is reassuring. It could be a mesenteric cyst ( cyst in the peritoneal fold in the abdomen).
A small possibility that it could be ovarian cyst as you have mentioned your baby is a girl.
The cyst is usually not dangerous. Rpt ultrasound after 4 weeks to evaluate for the size of the cyst.
Baby needs ultrasound abdomen after delivery and needs to be examined by neonatoogist
