What Is The Cause For Headaches When On Medication?

I am a 55 year old woman. I have had a whole head headache for over 2 weeks and nothing relieves the pain which is dull and ever present. Today I was chilled to the bone, but not shivering. I was not exposed to the 20 degree outdoor temperature for more than a couple of minutes. I took my temp 2x with 2 different digital thermometers at lunch time and again at dinner time. The temps ranged from 93.9F to 96.1. My normal temp is usually 97.2. Just now (bedtime) it was 95.4. I have no other cold-like symptoms.
