what is the difference between ecosprin 75 and ecosprin 150? I am 65 old. Left brain stroke 2 years before. Paraphasia, mainly literal. I am taking ecosprin 75 mg last two years (after lunch one tablet daily). Recently another doctor prescribed ecosprine 150.
