What Should I Do For Pain Between My Knee And Ankle?
i have pain between my knee and ankle. it has seemed to have localized lower than my knee and above my ankle. i guess i have stress fracture in one or both of the tibia and or fibula. i can still walk, with some pain, i have been taking ibuprofen, what should i do? thank you. cd
What kind of work you do - this information is necessary to assess whether you can have a stress fracture or not. However, if you have a doubt you can get a X-ray done of both the legs to clarify your doubt. If fracture is not there then the possibility of muscle spasm can also be there for which you should get a muscle relaxant and apply it locally.
