White Spots On Itchy Vagina

I have had a dry itchy vagina, and now have a few white spots on around the lips of my vagina. My vagina is very itchy, swollen and has several white spots can you please help?

It suggest some infection either bacterial ,candid ,fungal ,So get checked from gynec & get it treated .
