hello doctor i am 14 & i have attained puberty & i have a problem of growing taller . a few weeks earlier i bought dr.ayurveda body growth formula. will it really hep me without any side effects.

Please mention your current height and weight and also the height of your parents and other siblings.
Height is determined by heredity and many other factors like diet, exercises, any underlying illnesses etc.,
You are just 14 years old and generally increase in height happens till the age of 16-17 years, so you still have time. Stretching exercises, skipping would be beneficial along with a healthy and balanced diet. Also treat yourself in case of any recurrent illnesses.
Ideally medicines available in the market are not very reliable and please do not get carried away by the tall claims!!!
