How To Control Diabetes, SGOP And SGPT Without Any Drug Dependency?
I was diagnosed with diabetes 5 months back. Which was a shock to my family as I'm only 29 yrs old.
I'd no family history of diabetic so far and have a good health and diet. The only thing happened before being diagnosed was in past one year I was under stress due to long study hours (8-10hrs per day) since I was preparing for exam.
Since I'd my exam in december 2013, so I started taking medicine in last 5 months. But since my exams are over now I went ahead with few blood tests, while my diabetes was under control and while SGOT was 48 and SGPT was 92.
Could you please advise me controlling my SGOT and SGPT parameters and also to get out of diabetes forever without any drug dependency?
I'm ready to take extra charge of my diet and routine if needed.
