Is Lupron Recommended To Slow Down Growth In Case Of Trouble With Pituitary Gland?
My granddaughter just turned 9 years and has already started to develop. A hand scan showed that she will be fully grown at 5'2''. The doctor has suggested an MRI to make sure there is nothing wrong with her pituitary gland. If all is well, there may be a medication/injection of Lupron to slow down her development so that she could at least grow to 5'2'' because she is developing at a rapid rate. Would you recommend Lupron? Also, what are the side effects and long term effects of this medication?

I really understand your concern but let me tell you that the growth of human body can not be slow down with any of medicine it is natural phenomenon and goes on its own way and depend upon the rate of secretion of growth hormone I would never advise you to try some medicine for this have nice day
