Normocytic Normochromic Neutrophilia In Blood Picture, Vitamin D :4.98 Ng/ml

I have seen normocytic normochromic neutropilia in my blood picture whats this? and I do also have vitamin D deficiency, my vitamin d report shows 4.98 ng/ml. Kindly suggest.

Hi, I think your neutrophilia might be due to any infection in your body.For your low Vitamin D , you need Vitamin D supplementation either in injectable form or weekly tablets or sachet.Along with Vitamin D take calcium rich diet like dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt.Hope it helps.
