What Could Be The Cause Of Anemia ?

My son is nine months old and severely anemic. He has been on iron drops and his formula has been changed to one with iron. His hnh levels are low and his white blood cell count is high. He has been losing weight. He stays sick. And recently was runnig fevers of 105 that we were unable to break for several days. And his spleen is swollen. What could be the cause of this?

If sleen is swollen there is possibility of hemolytic anemia. get proper tests done apart from what is already done. Do not ignore his symptoms, keep him under regular observation of his doctor.
