Hailing from the Family of Vaidyas [ Ayurvedic Doctors] ,Vd. Rajat has lived Ayurveda since childhood.
It was natural for him to get an early exposure to Ayurvedic Lifestyle.

He always used to observe his Grandfather prepare and prescribe customized medicine and treatments.

Then he got formal education in Ayurvedic Medical college and did rotating Intern in various departments like Medicine/surgery.Also formally trained in Medical astrology,Nutrition,Health education with Naturopathy and Yoga.

He also spent time learning Panchkarma,Herbology,Pulse Diagnosis from eminent Vaidyas.

He has worked with many Ayurvedic Manufacturing and Ayurvedic Health system providers.

Being an Ayurvedic Doctor with a sound clinical experience,He is also proficient in Herbal Medicine and Research and education.

He has been Designing and taking Yoga Therapy sessions and Guiding people to personalized Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle way.

Also adept at Pulse diagnosis and knowledge of Panchkarma Therapy(Ayurvedic Cleansing Therapies), Herbal medicine, Medical Astrology and Naturopathy.

Also at a very young age he has managed resistant cases like Infertility etc. successfully .
