Ibuprofen took the swollness of the thumb away. I did not use the spica splint: my mistake #2. Mistake #1 was I didn't know what is a spica splint. So what I do is taking care of my thumb while using the hand. Thank you.

Thank you Doctor Raghu. I went to see my doctor and it was indeed a kidney stone. It was the first time I had experienced the passing of a stone. It was not pleasant. I waited to hear from you before going to see my doctor. I had no experience or knowledge of this type of event. I am very grateful for the answer I received from you!
