Thank you very much Dr. Abhishek Kapoor. I really appreciate the time you took to read my message and responding back to me. I will certainly meet with a psychiatrist and although I do not believe in taking medications but I think it is necessary to do so ( a small dose of it) for a short period of time until the anxiety disappears and I am back to my normal state of health again.
