I am very happy with all the responses I have received, so far, from Dr. Binu. I believe he is very knowledgeable, and, he has provided me with the best answers, regarding problems I have related to my Hashimoto's Thyroid disease. I will continue to consult with Dr. Binu, during the continuing diagnosis and treatment of my disease, which for 2 years, I am having a great deal of difficulty, getting under control.

The diagnosis and advice you gave me was correct. I contacted a doctor for a prescription of antibiotics for my husband the following day. Being away from home it was reassuring to be able to contact a doctor before going into 'panic mode'. Many Thanks.

I was very pleased with Dr. Pillai's quick responses & knowledgeable replies such that, as a result, I am seeing my primary physician 6/24 and have returned to my original medication regimen for my issue.

Dr. Pillai was a godsend! My son was diagnosed with a rare condition. Being from a small town, we didn't have many choices for physicians and ours wasn't very communicative. Dr. Pillai took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatments. Thank you Healthcare Magic!

His response was truthful and honest. Encouraging and thoughtful and not contradictory. I felt more confident to continue trying to find a researcher after writing to this doctor with my question. After writing to Dr. Pillai, I was able to find a molecular endocrinologist researcher named Dr. Joel Habener at Massachusetts General Hospital. Now I finally have a proper direction to go in.
