Dr Saghafi spent over an hour on a Sunday to read and respond with a comprehensive answer that gives me a direction to go and an understanding of why he made the diagnosis and recommendation. Very rare in my experience. Thank you.

thank you so much for your detailed answer. I got about 10 minutes of my primary care doctor on initial follow up telling me it was nothing to worry about, "bells palsey" in all likelyhood. I now have some real questions and requests to find out what is causing this. I'm so very thankful for your time, your research, and your caring.

A very clear and concise response, which has given me a good insight into my condition.
