Very impressed by the Doctor's suggestions. I will certainly follow up with lab work as he is seeing his urologist on August 1st and will ask about testosterone levels, TSH , FT4 and cortisol levels. Today I will ask the neurologist about the hydrocephalus. I did mistakenly use lobectomy instead of surgery of the upper left lobe of his lung for cancer, but I have sufficient information to move forward checking on infections and questions for his doctor. Thank you very much Dr. Saghafi!! I realize this took a large amount of your time and I appreciate the years of study that led to a detailed diagnosis. A brilliant doctor and a musician-I haven't been feeling very lucky with years of caretaking, but my luck has changed when I received your response. Thank you!

Dr Dariush Saghafi You have put my mind at rest after very foolish looking to the internet for a diagnosis where I was in a state of terrible anxiety as I had almost convinced myself that is was MND. I will have the conversation about performance enhancement drugs but I truly don't believe that is the case. I have a very open relationship with my children and my son who is a P.E. teacher and plays semi professional football has always been very against performance drugs. Thank you so much as you have really helped me.

A detailed response was provided that i can follow up on. I have been struggling with the for 10 years without a diagnosis so I was not having high expectations. There is a lot of things the medical profession does not know and no one really has time with one patient to really research. I appreciate the time and list of things to review.

Great feedback. However my spine doctor has said the, Trimiginal nerve has nothing to do with my neck, that the CVN is in my brain. I disagree with him and am going off you're advice. I'm looking for a neurologist and Neuro Surgion thank for your prompt reply.

There appear to be difficulties in establishing primary objective, however the response to detecting and evaluating injury offers insight and information on available alternatives.
