Thank you, Dr. Das. Very insightful. I believe my son did have extensive metabolic panels drawn, in Boston.(2014). I believe it was indicated that it may be helpful to possibly follow up on mitochondrial issues. To me the suggestion opens the door to hypoxia, heavy metals, and the damage from prenatal terbutaline sulfate exposure. They indicated Blake's immune system is compromised(no surprise). And when we travel to multiple clinics, experts throughout the U.S., and walk away without any definitive answers, diagnoses, well I am to believe that perhaps what my son is facing had begun with the insult of terbutaline, a prolonged labor, perhaps an injury duty delivery, lack of diagnosing post natal complications. We had extensive labs drawn in Boston, OH, Chicago, in addition to genetic testing. And when we come up without answers...either we are dealing with incompetence, malpractice, negligence, or cover up. I completely thank you. I understand you cannot definitively diagnose my son's issues from afar. All I want in this world is to uncover how to help my son and provide the highest quality of life for him. I am a registered nurse. I have researched so much over the years. I have experience with medical professionals....and you know what?? The medical field has failed, maimed, injured, killed, misdiagnosed, bullied, and covered their bottoms without caring about what individuals suffer for their entire lives because they cannot admit what they did wrong or care enough to help. If my son spoke fluently.....perhaps he would be treated as a child of the most High God. I have witnessed some really gross negligence within my nursing practice as I observed physician, nursing, and hospital malpractice, negligence cover ups. Really sad. One woman walked into ER, went home without her extremities.....dopamine.....sepsis.....poor woman was 26 years old, 3 children under age of 6, her spouse had filed for divorce, and the doctors tried telling her she had "A shower of clots".....I thank you. If you know of anything further which may help my son whether a doctor referral, a specific test, a suggestion....please make a difference in this world.....my son would have had a normal life....but at least if we can help him to experience quality with some joy, I would be even more grateful.
