I just came back from a orthopedics doctor today. Yes I have a bad broken rib, lots of pain for few weeks. I have a torn rotator cuff that will need surgery. I have to wait until my rib heals, 6 weeks, then he will operate on the torn cuff. Some of the swelling is going down like you stated. Lots of black/blue on hip, leg and arm. thanks for the answer. It reassured me until I meet theorthopedics doc. Hard for me to take it easy. Not My style. Jim thanks
