I really appreciate Dr. Banerjee's detailed response. We were able to avert a visit to the Emergency Room today for a non-medical emergency situation. Sometimes symptoms can be worrisome. It was very helpful to have professional advice regarding our situation. It relieved my husband's concern that he might need emergency care. Thank you for this wonderful resource.

Helpful in eliminating my initial fears. I have an appoint with my primary care physician in the next few weeks to explore this issue further. I think there was a typo in his response to my question about diabetes. He said it should be ruled out but I think he meant it should not be ruled out
