Dr. Banerjee, I took your advice and went to the ER. My blood pressure was over 200/100. They kept me over the weekend to monitor the meds they gave me. My blood pressure did come down to acceptable levels. They also did an ekg, chest x-ray, and an echo cardiogram. They took several vials of blood to test. I have an appointment on April 20th to check post hospitalization outcome. They added 10 mg tablet of lisinopril to my previous med list. I am taking my blood pressure frequently at home and only 2 times has it been higher than they want it to be. Thank you for the answer you gave me. It really prompted me to take the nose bleed and high blood pressure seriously enough to go to the ER. You done good, Doctor!!!! Judith K. Grove
