Seems competent enough. While his diagnosis proved incorrect, I think given the fact set it was reasonable and I learned both from his initial analysis and his answer to my follow-up question. One disappointment, for which I do not blame Dr. Sharma, is that while the HealthCareMagic site implies your question will be answered immediately by the 200 or so doctors online, it took more than 3 hours to get an answer to my question.
