Hello. Your answer was probably correct. I went to the doctor. He suggested that it could be a migraine, but ws more likely atypical sinus infection wherein the swelling was putting pressure on my ears. Affecting my balance. He doesn't know why I almost blacked out though. Currently taking ibuprofen, decongestants, and antibiotic. Then it is wait and see if things improve. Thank you for answering my question.
