I appreciated her concern and attention to the information I provided. The reason I gave her 4 instead of 5 stars is that she said she thought that my suggestion of a particular illness was not correct but did not give me a specific reason why. She said "as per your history I do not think this is (illness stated). I would like to know what about my history ruled it out so I can let it go.
