Dr James provided me with an excellent diagnosis. She answered my concerns and I followed her advice and I no longer have any symptoms.

Dr. James perfectly enumerated to possibilites. I was able to see my family medicine doctor yesterday and she is of the opinion that it was most probably stones, but is checking my urine sample. My thanks to Dr. James for her assessment.

Very thorough and professional response. My guess is that the doctor's opinion is spot on. Went to an ENT specialist four years ago, and he didn't have a clue. Totally incompetent. Just came to the conclusion that I have a fungus inside the nose and this pretty much confirms it. I will see my new GP in the next week and will get anti-fungal medication. Will keep the "colonization of stap aureus" bacteria in mind if the anti-fungal medication does not work. Thanks a million. Arthur
