Dr Gibson James was pretty much spot on in her diagnosis that my pain was likely to be Pleuritic in nature and related to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Dr James Gibson was correct though that it was not heart related like pericarditis. In my opinion she is a very thorough and competent physician and I took her advice to seek help if the pain worsened, which it did.
